Full/Part time hours - Support Worker - Adults with LD and Autism - Wirral - Competitive pay
**Your new company
**You'll be supporting in a 7-person service, 4 males and 3 females with varying levels of support needed, they have diagnosis of learning disability, downs syndrome, blindness. The service users enjoy various activities such as discos, bingo, socialisingwith friends. Some of the service users also attend regular work and activities such as horse riding
**Your new role**
You'll be involved in supporting the people we support in all activities of daily living as need, to help them to live their lives how they want to. You will empower them to make decisions for themselves, achieve their own dreams, goals and aspirations.
**What you'll need to succeed**:

- Right to Work in the UK
- A minimum if 6 months experience in the last 2 years in similar services/roles
- A full UK driver's license and access to a vehicle is desired but not essential
- Above all, we are looking for people who'll put the person they support first. That means being patient and caring, and communicating effectively with them and with others involved in their care.
