**The Company**:

- A National Housing Association with property stock across the South West, are looking for a Senior Surveyor to manage a team of Surveyors._

**Day to Day**:

- Assist in advising and guide a team of Surveyors covering the South West
- Carry out surveys on housing association properties
- Collate information and quotes from contractors for work to be completed
- Provide schedule of works for technical defects and minor/ major adaptations
- Excellent communicator with good customer service skills

**Requirements (Skills & Qualifications)**:

- Qualified Building Surveyor - degree or equivalent essential
- Experience of managing people
- Experience of working on domestic or housing associations properties
- Full UK Driving licence
- IT literate
- Good technical and commercial awareness
