**Company Overview**:
We are an established online party and balloon wholesaler distributing to both the UK and overseas. We work with an associated company that runs three greeting card and party cash and carry branches in the UK. Our customers are independent businesses and shops and our mission is to provide those customers with exceptional service and friendly support. We are looking for a confident, motivated customer support operative and administration assistant to join our team and ensure we can continue the outstanding service and support we always give our customers.
**Job Summary**:
Working from our offices in Leeds, LS9, your primary focus will be to deliver exceptional support as the main point of contact for our customers on all channels and liaise with the warehouse team to ensure the smooth processing of customers’ orders through picking, packing and delivery. You will need to lead by example to maintain our reputation as a trusted and friendly wholesaler within our competitive industry. You will also support the general administration processes of the head office function.

Customer Service
- Handle escalations of customer complaints and calls, resolving issues quickly and with best interests of our customers in mind.
- Address any quality issues (with products or processes) promptly and liaise with suppliers or manufacturers where necessary.
Customer Order Processing & Shipping
- Process and check customer orders and send to warehouse for picking.
- Liaise with the warehouse team to ensure timely order processing and resolve issues with pick lists, missing stock, and any other ad hoc order processing issues.
- Issuing refunds and credit notes to customers.
- Co-ordinate with procurement to ensure, were possible, stock is available for customers.
- Address issues with shipping and delivery quickly, working with our couriers to get the best outcome possible for our customers.
- Book international shipping including adding customs data.
- End of day manifests.
General Office Administration
- Add new products to our website and organise those products within departments.
- Process supplier invoices and check cost and sell prices.
- Provide back up for other office functions as needed.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in customer service
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with customers, team members and management.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail and the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Confident in decision making and conflict resolution.
- Detail oriented and organised, with the ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office software and customer support tools (eg. CRM systems).
- A passion for providing exceptional customer service.
- A willingness to learn about the balloon and party industry, the products we sell and to understand the software that we use.
