We are looking for a retail assistant to run our friendly team at the fashion store "Fenella" in Burford. The store is situated right in the heart of Burford and has a great footfall and customer base.

**About Us**

We are a family owned business established in 2014 we wanted to create an individual shopping experience for the individual woman. We have 7 highstreets store locations throughout the UK. We have a friendly upbeat team and prioritise creating a warm, fun and friendly experience for our customers (a happy team makes happy customers).

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
- Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Stay knowledgeable about current promotions, discounts, and product features
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals

**Experience**:

- Previous retail sales experience preferred
- Fluent in English
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone
- Ability to perform basic math calculations for cash handling
- Organizational skills to maintain inventory and merchandise displays
- Multilingual or bilingual skills are highly valued in this role

**Duties**:

- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service

- Stock shelves and merchandise products
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries and purchases

- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system
- Upsell additional products or services to customers to maximize sales opportunities
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide a positive shopping experience

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £11.00-£12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 24 per week
