This position would suit someone with a flexible work ethic who is able to work under pressure. This is a permanent position for someone who is keen to work in a professional environment, with strong IT skills and an eye for detail being essential. Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Co-ordinating in-house reprographic work - copying / printing / scanning both large-format (drawings) and small-format (A4-A3)
- High quality Perfect Binding
- Using various software packages to produce printed materials
- Administration functions as required
- Maintaining Health and Safety processes and procedures

**Key Skills / Requirements**
- Experience in printing and finishing
- Excellent IT & communication skills
- An understanding of customer care and client relationship
- Customer service and complaint handling
- A high level of communication skills, both written and verbal
