If this sounds like you then look no further because my clients are looking for an experienced Property Manager to join their fast-paced, forward-thinking, nationwide, successful lettings agency branch in Sheffield.

**Working hours**:

- Monday - Friday 9 am - 5 pm

**The successful Property Manager will be offered**:

- Basic salary of £23,000
- £26,000 OTE (Depending on Experience)
- Private Healthcare
- Pension scheme
- Free annual eye tests after 1 year of service
- Outstanding performance is recognised and rewarded in various forms throughout the year, such as bonuses and social events

**To be considered for the Property Manager role you must have**:

- Excellent communication skills are essential, and you must be computer literate.
- Most important to the role is a strong, confident personality with a 'can do’ attitude and a naturally organised approach.
- Confidence in using CRMs and property management software would be advantageous and high attention to detail is an absolute must.
- A full clean driving license is required to perform this role

**As a Property Manager, your role will involve**:

- Process reported maintenance repairs, and monitor reports
- The role will be to ensure that each newly vacant property is suitable for a new tenancy and to subsequently implement the successful management of those tenancies
- will include conducting periodic inspections, completing inventories, organising contractors to support a swift resolution to maintenance issues and ensuring a seamless move-out process
- Seek Landlord approval and coordinate maintenance repairs
- Chasing invoices and managing landlord debts
- need to be confident in ensuring all of the necessary legal documentation is carried out, including arranging gas safety certificates and EPCs etc. in addition to processing all tenancy renewals and deposit negotiations
- Liaising with local authorities for building repairs
- Arranging checkouts and renewals with tenants
- Serving notices
- Dealing with the company's developments
