**Your Role: Early Years Teaching Assistant/Nursery Nurse**
In this exciting role, you will be an integral part of the Early Years team, working collaboratively to ensure each child's unique learning journey is filled with wonder and exploration. Your key responsibilities include:
**Creative Learning Initiatives**: Bring the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) to life by designing and implementing imaginative play-based activities tailored to the children's interests, ensuring alignment with early learning goals.

**Observations and Progress Tracking**: Demonstrate confidence in making detailed written and verbal observations, adeptly tracing and recording the progress of each child to provide tailored support and encouragement.

**Team Collaboration**: Thrive in a supportive team environment, collaborating with colleagues to create a cohesive and positive learning atmosphere. Your input and initiative will be valued as we work together to inspire young minds.

**Independence and Initiative**: Showcase your ability to work both independently and collaboratively, bringing fresh ideas and a proactive approach to the learning environment.

**Salary**: £80.00-£85.00 per day
