- About the Operations Graduate Role_
- This role will be part of our two-year graduate Engineering Programme which will enable engineering graduates to move around and experience the key functions of an _
- engineering/manufacturing_
- business. The programme will cover a blend of hands on work and projects in various departments to equip you with the tools to achieve your full potential. You will receive all the training, mentoring and support you need to ensure you succeed_
- Upon completion of the two year graduate programme you will be based in a permanent role within one of our teams._
- About you_
- Experience & Qualifications:_- Engineering degree (or similar - we may consider Higher Level apprentices)_- Any technical support, manufacturing, supply chain, quality experience is preferred_- Excellent Knowledge of basic engineering principles_- Strong knowledge of 3D Solid Modelling CAD_- Good communication skills, both written and spoken_- Ability to quickly and continuously learn_- Numerical skills_- IT literate_- Determination to achieve results_- Good interpersonal and presentation skills_- Ability to work with others to meet deadlines_
- Desirable Criteria_- Knowledge of 3D Solid Modelling CAD - Pro-Engineer_- Knowledge of mechanical and hydraulic systems_- Familiarity with Product Data Management (PDM) systems_- Advanced Excel skills_
