We build, maintain, illuminate, and post all formats of traditional and digital ad panels from A3 size to mega 6, building wraps and scaffold construction. We are looking for a full time Office Administrator to join us at our London Bridge office, that has experience of office administration and working with sub contractors.

This is an exciting opportunity within a friendly team where someone with excellent admin skills can make a real difference to a small but growing company....

**Principle tasks and activity**:

- Have experience dealing with sub contractors on a daily basis.
- Smooth running and monitoring the Office and communicating risks when identified.
- All Company paperwork, client information, internal information, financial records and staff details etc to be handled with complete confidentiality at all times
- Update folders with relevant information - Purchase Order’s, correspondence, pricing etc.
- Liaising with OL management to facilitate responses to client
- Issue quotes as directed by OL Management
- Input accounting data, payroll administration, credit control.
- Complete tasks to deadlines set by your line Manager and if not achievable notify them immediately

**We are looking for someone with**:

- Excellent level of numeracy and IT skills,
- Administration experience.
- highly efficient and organised,
- excellent prioritisation skills,
- demonstrable experience of strong relationship builder,
- excellent attention to detail,
- proven record of continual improvement of administrative systems,
- can do attitude,
- proficient in excel and word,
- proficient in Microsoft program,
- Experience in xero useful but not essential.

The successful applicant, will be eligible for a £2000 uplift in salary should they pass their 3 month probation.

**Salary**: From £23,000.00 per year
