Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Support the kitchen team with basic food preparation tasks
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met in the kitchen
- Assist chefs during service by fetching and carrying items
- Wash dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment
- Keep kitchen floors and work surfaces clean and sanitised
- Dispose of waste and recycling appropriately

Qualifications:

- Prior experience in a similar role within a restaurant or hospitality environment
- Basic knowledge of culinary practices and food safety regulations
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Strong teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with kitchen staff
- Willingness to help with various tasks as needed
