Hollinwood Academy is part of the New Bridge Multi Academy Trust. Hollinwood Academy provides a broad and balanced curriculum that enables children and young people from reception to Key Stage 4 to access creative learning opportunities tailored to meet their individual needs. **Applicants should be able to demonstrate how they meet the following essential criteria**:

- NVQ 3 for Teaching Assistants or equivalent qualification
- Experience of supporting students who have a diagnosis of autism and/or and speech, language, and communication needs
- Experience of successfully implementing interventions in supporting social, emotional and behavioural needs
- Experience of preparing/contributing to learning resources to support learning programmes
- Organisation and self-management skills to efficiently undertake a high level of data collection and record keeping
- Interpersonal skills to build effective working relationships with students and colleagues
- Communication skills and professionalism to liaise sensitively and effectively with parents and carers
