We are looking for a Paralegal to join the Litigation Department at a leading Law Firm in Tunbridge Wells. The right person will have experience as a Paralegal or similar role, coupled with a knowledge of litigation. You will assist a Principle Fee Earner,undertake roles and functions for case handling and keeping full time record of work undertaken on files.

**Paralegal responsibilities include**:

- Collating documents
- Creation of Bundling documents
- Costing files
- Reviewing incoming correspondence
- Preparing correspondence for Principle Fee Earner’s approval
- Dealing with enquiries in a timely manner
- Opening files and onboarding of clients
- Ensure all client related documents are filed and stored correctly
- Closing client files
- Preparing cases for trial and attending court hearings as necessary
- Attending meetings with the Principle Fee Earners and minute as required and keep up to date records.
- Experience of Partner For Windows (Tikit) is beneficial
