Node Building Consultancy is a chartered building surveying and project management practice in Nottingham city centre. Servicing the commercial property and construction industry, we are professional and fast-paced business on a growth trajectory.

Our existing team of is of five surveyors, working in a relaxed yet fast paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage office supplies and equipment.
- Generate and manage social media content.
- Schedule appointments and meetings.
- Maintain filing systems and databases.
- Organise travel arrangements for staff members.
- Assist with the preparation of documents, reports, and presentations.
- Producing formal terms of engagement.
- Typing reports from staff dictation.
- invoicing and basic accounts inputs.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 16 per week

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
