Job Title: Private Client Tax Associate Director

Location: Northamptonshire (Flexible)

Key Responsibilities:

- Undertaking advisory projects for private clients across their Northampton, Wyboston and Peterborough offices
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and acting as a trusted advisor
- Leading and managing the regional tax team, ensuring that they are motivated and performing to a high standard
- Working closely with the Tax Partner to develop the strategic direction of the tax department
- Providing technical support and guidance to the regional tax team

Key Requirements:

- ACA/CTA qualified
- Extensive experience in private client tax
- Proven experience in managing and developing a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and maintain client relationships
- Strong technical knowledge and ability to provide high-level tax advice
- A strategic thinker with a commercial mindset
