Endoscopy Receptionist

The Endoscopy Centre Reception team currently provides a comprehensive and welcoming service to patients across a 7 day service (Monday-Sunday) including part-timers. They are expected to greet patients into the department, register their attendance and inform clinical teams of their arrival. The receptionist will carry out their duties in such a way as to make a direct and positive contribution to the administration of the Endoscopy Centre Reception. It is essential that the Receptionist should exercise initiative within the role and vital that confidentiality be maintained at all times.
Due to the nature of the Endoscopy Service the Endoscopy Reception is open Monday-Sunday.
