At Masterclass, we have been tasked in recruiting Learning Support Assistant for a wonderful school in the Littlehampton area. They provide a happy and safe environment where the children can thrive in their education. They have an amazing outdoor area to expand the children’s learning outside the classroom and a swimming pool so that the children can learn those important safe water skills

**Job role**:

- **To support the children’s development across all areas of their development**:

- **Support and encourage positive behaviour management**:

- **Work with an individual pupil (1-1) to support the class teacher in specific lessons.**:

- **Ensure a safe and secure environment enabling children to feel relaxed and happy**:

- **To establish positive relationships with the children and staff within the school**:

- **To be committed to inclusive practice and making sure every child has the chance to be the best they can be**:

- **To be able to provide personal care if needed**

Masterclass Education work exclusively with a large amount of Primary, Secondary and SEN schools across the area who look for MCE staff to be with them on daily cover, short and long term contracts. Masterclass are a part of the REC and Crown Commercial Service, offering the most valued and trusted service.
