**About the role**:
Role Purpose The Commercial Account Handler plays a crucial role in the Commercial team by providing support to Account Executives in managing insurance renewals and post-renewal administration. This role requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet business KPIs. The Commercial Account Handler is responsible for ensuring a smooth renewal process, processing mid-term adjustments, and obtaining necessary licensing to process changes following renewal reviews.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Setting Insurance Renewal Appointments - Collaborate with customers and Account Executives to schedule renewal appointments, ensuring timely and efficient communication.
- Use effective communication skills to gather necessary information and address any queries or concerns raised by customers.
- Renewal Preparation Administration - Assist Account Executives in preparing for insurance renewals by gathering and organising relevant client information, policy documents, and other required materials.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all necessary documentation for the renewal process.
- Post Renewal Administration - Complete post-renewal administration tasks in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system and the client management system.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring all post-renewal documentation is filed appropriately.
- Processing Mid-Term Adjustments - Handle mid-term adjustments on behalf of Account Executives, ensuring timely and accurate processing of client requests.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure the necessary changes are implemented smoothly.
- Licensing and Development - Aim to complete licensing in motor and personal insurance to enable processing of changes following renewal reviews conducted by Account Executives.
- Stay updated with industry regulations, trends, and best practices related to commercial insurance to enhance professional development.
