Our client is looking for an experienced Architect / Technologist / Assistant
Housing Maintenance team, this job role plays a key part in helping the council to deliver its housing decarbonisation objectives by delivering complex, high profile and cross-cutting projects, utilising the Optomised Retrofit Program (ORP) Grant in support of the capital investment.
The post-holder will lead on the innovative district heating project being delivered to both the council’s housing stock and private owners in the village of Betws Gwerfil Goch.
You will plan, direct, and coordinate activities of the project to ensure project goals or objectives are accomplished within approved timeframe, scope and budget.
