**Fabric Engineer /Builder - PORT OF DOVER £33k

COMPANY
My client are a Mechanical engineering company based in Kent, who have recently won the contract to provide Mechanical and electrical services to the Port of Dover.
This is a prestigious site that is 3 miles long and includes, luxury apartments, commercial office space and factories.

Hours: Mon - Fri 8-5

**Duties to include**:

- Carry out handyman repairs
- Carry out reactive repairs
- Painting and decorating
- Carpentry /Tiling
- Plastering
- Plumbing works
- Strip out of partial or complete rooms / buildings and preparations for reinstallation
- Carpentry work including hanging doors, fitting door linings, architraves and skirtings and flooring
- Wall and floor tiling
- Bathroom fitting - plumbing can be completed by others if necessary
- Painting & staining of internal and external surfaces
- Plastering (desirable, but must be able to skim)
- Groundwork, basic repairs and works
- General building work as required to complete the above

**SALARY & PACKAGE**
- £33k
