**Joiner Supervisor - Small works team**

**The position will be based in the Royal Liverpool Hospital**

**37.5 hours per week - Full time fixed contract (12 months)**

**25 days holiday and pension**

**Salary: £33,728 per year**

Your role will be a supervisor of a small team completing small works within the hospital estate. Assist with the engineering managers in the day-to-day delivery of the joinery activities, including any site issues, reactive and planned maintenance throughout the hospital estate. Previous experience of working with fire door inspection and maintenance background would be beneficial along with sound knowledge of health & safety.

Supported by regular reviews, training and ongoing support to enable you to complete this role.

Ensure the effective maintenance of Building fabric Fire doors/stopping infrastructure, walls, ceilings, doors, fixtures/fittings and protective coverings

You will be responsible for your own actions and the actions of any employee working under your control. Work safely, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of yourself, colleagues, customers, and visitors.

Provide an excellent customer experience to clients. Work in partnership with other trades to support and enhance client relationships

Consent to training and development to ensure you remain competent to undertake all required tasks. Complete any set objectives on an annual basis in line with Avrenim’ s PDR programme and attend regular 1 to 1s, and performance reviews with engineering supervisors.

Attend Team Talk given by the engineering management each month

To undertake any reasonable management instruction

Essential:
Qualifications & experience

Must have driving licence as may be required to work at different sites.

- Liverpool: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Joinery: 1 year (preferred)
- Carpentry: 1 year (preferred)
