**Senior Shoot Producer**

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Shoot Producer to join our team. As a Senior Shoot Producer, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing all aspects of our shoots. Your exceptional organisational abilities, industry knowledge, and strong leadership skills will be crucial in ensuring the successful execution of projects from start to finish. You will collaborate closely with our internal teams and external partners to create visually stunning and compelling content that captivates our audiences.

**Responsibilities**:
Project Management: Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of shoots, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with the creative vision.

Pre-production: Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources. Coordinate all logístical aspects, including location scouting, casting, crew hiring, equipment rentals, permits, and travel arrangements.

Creative Collaboration: Collaborate with directors, photographers, stylists, artists, and other creative professionals to translate concepts into compelling visual narratives. Provide guidance and support throughout the creative process, ensuring the artistic vision is realised.

Talent Management: Oversee casting and talent negotiations, ensuring the selection of appropriate models, actors, musicians, and influencers for each project.

Vendor and Crew Coordination: Liaise with vendors, contractors, and crew members to secure necessary services, equipment, and resources. Negotiate contracts, manage relationships, and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Production Execution: Manage on-set operations, including scheduling, call sheets, set design, wardrobe, hair, makeup, and lighting. Facilitate a smooth workflow, maintain a positive working environment, and resolve any issues that arise during production.

Budget Management: Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring adherence to financial parameters. Track expenditures, approve invoices, and provide regular reports to stakeholders.

Post-production Support: Collaborate with post-production teams to ensure the smooth transition of assets and provide input on the editing, color grading, and finalization of content.

Industry Trends and Networking: Stay informed about emerging trends, technologies, and industry best practices in the music, fashion, and content creation sectors. Cultivate relationships with industry professionals and foster partnerships to enhance our creative capabilities.

Client Acquisition: Actively pursue new business opportunities by identifying and engaging prospective clients in the music, fashion, and content creation industries. Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, brands, agencies, and artists to generate leads and secure new projects.

**Qualifications and Essential Requirements**:
Proven Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a shoot producer, preferably within the fashion industry. Demonstrated track record of successfully managing complex shoots from conception to delivery.

Strong Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the fashion and content creation industries, including trends, key players, and production processes. Familiarity with motion production, fashion photography, and digital content creation is essential.

Organisational and Leadership Skills: Exceptional organisational abilities with the capacity to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong leadership skills to effectively manage cross-functional teams and external partners.

Problem-Solving: Proactive and solution-oriented approach to troubleshoot issues and resolve challenges that may arise during shoots. Ability to make quick decisions while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.

Excellent Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate creative ideas, collaborate effectively, and build strong relationships with internal teams, clients, vendors, and talent.

Budget and Resource Management: Proficient in budgeting and resource allocation. Experience in managing project finances, tracking expenditures, and ensuring efficient use of resources.

**Desirable Requirements**:

- Lover of dogs, we have a studio dog who comes to work with us every day.
- Knowledge of Excel, Keynote, Powerpoint.
- Understanding of Adobe Creative Suite.
