**Package**:

**The role**:

- Build strong business relationships with field surveyors, understanding their individual and customer needs
- Developing an understanding of business and market needs - following up on open leads and driving revenue for your team of field surveyors by closing deals
- Proactively reaching out to potential new prospects, and being a point of contact for inquiries
- Amend quotations and upsell any contracts where possible
- Utilise CRM reporting and data to analyse missed sales opportunities and successes to drive sales initiatives
- Use existing databases to generate new business leads, and sell contracts including the benefits of upgrades to new owners of properties with Banham systems
- Perform account and project management to encourage repeat business and ongoing relationships for future sales
- Book in survey requests and accurately manage the surveyor’s diaries

**Requirements**:

- Educated to degree level
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- IT literate
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target driven environment
- Highly motivated and ambitious
