Are you a seasoned leader with a passion for driving efficiency and excellence in a dynamic manufacturing environment? We're on the lookout for a highly skilled Warehouse Supervisor to join our team and play a key role in the success of our operations.

Position: Warehouse Supervisor

Location: Gateshead

Shift: Day Shift (7:30 am - 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday)

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and lead a team of plus four warehouse personnel
- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure the smooth flow of manufacturing processes
- Utilize your shift management experience to optimize workforce efficiency
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality control measures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production goals
- Maintain accurate inventory records and coordinate shipments
- Forklift (FLT) counterbalance experience desirable but not essential

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years' experience in warehouse supervision within a manufacturing setting
- Proven track record in shift management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Forklift (FLT) counterbalance experience is desirable but not essential

**Salary**: £28,000 to £32,000 dependent on experience
