- Purchase ledger invoice processing and payments.
- Reviewing and approving employee expenses
- Daily bank reconciliations in varying currencies
- Posting payments and receipts to the respective creditors
- Managing the shared Finance mailbox along with the other staff in the AP team.
- Administering the business expense system
- Creating and administering accounts for employees in relation to their business expenses.
