**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers in tracking and managing their shipments, providing accurate and timely updates on delivery status.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally, aiming to achieve satisfactory resolutions and maintaining a positive relationship with clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including warehouse and transport personnel, to ensure efficient handling of orders and timely deliveries.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in the CRM system.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and customer service enhancements.
- Respond to customer feedback, actively seeking ways to exceed expectations and drive customer loyalty.
- Provide product and service information to customers, ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of our offerings.
- Keep up to date with industry trends, logistics regulations, and best practices to provide knowledgeable support to customers.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to handle challenging situations with diplomacy and empathy.
- Familiarity with logistics processes, including shipping, warehousing, and inventory management, is highly advantageous.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
