**About The Role**:
We have a vacancy for a Facilities Supervisor to join our team based in Prestwick.

Reporting to the Area Director you'll support the service delivery by managing a high-profile client building, assisting the Area Director to deliver sustainable, integrated facilities services whilst driving excellent customer service.

You’ll effectively supervise the day-to-day operation of the catering, cleaning and security team onsite, ensuring that an exceptional end-to-end service is provided as per contract requirements., ensuring that all tasks are completed in a professional and timely manner.

Experience in catering is essential as are IT Skills including online food orders, HACCP, Allergens and cash reconciliation.

Main Duties:

- Manage and monitor the operation of the Contract in accordance with contract specification and Company Policy.
- Effectively manage within budgetary constraints
- Continuously develop and improve quality and hygiene standards.
- Monitor customer trends and demands and challenge culture.
- To have knowledge of changes in legislation and implement accordingly in accordance with Company guidance.
- Respond to any reasonable request of the company or client.
- Recruit, train, develop and motivate cleaning staff
- Ensure that adequate products, equipment and materials are available
- Ensure that products, equipment and materials are properly stored, used, maintained, controlled and purchased
- Manage the day-to-day delivery of Soft FM Services in line with contract.
- Manage all aspects of the Contract Performance Mechanism & associated KPI’s.

**You’ll need**:

- IOSH Managing Safely.
- Food Hygiene Certification
- Supervisory experience across a range of service disciplines, with a bias toward catering, cleaning and security.
- Catering experience
- Experience of line managing a team.
- Experience using IT software for online food orders, HACCP, Allergens and cash reconciliation
- Strong IT skills ( Microsoft, SAP, CAFM ,platforms)
