Independent Living Advisor

BDS are currently recruiting for a Sheltered Housing Scheme Manager for a retirement living service working around the Manchester areas of Clayton and Droylsden.

We are looking for someone with a friendly and happy demeanor to be the first point of contact for the residents of the service.

Pay rate starting from £11.25ph PAYE - £13.86.ph Umbrella

30 Hours per week working across Monday
- Friday. Working hours are between 9am
- 5pm.

This is a temp to perm role which you would be required to be a driver with access to a vehicle.

This role is in Independent Living Sector working with residents 55+

We are looking for someone to be the heart of the service and encourage resident engagement and help coordinate a smooth running service.
- Speak with the residents on a daily basis
- Check the properties for any repairs and reports
- Overseeing the service to ensure everything is running smoothly
- Arranging exciting activities with the residents; fish and chip nights, games nights or even a game of cards
- Health and safety checks
- Signposting any concerns

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Salary**: £11.25-£13.86 per hour

- Monday to Friday
