The Marketing Coordinator - AI and Traditional Integration is responsible for orchestrating and executing a cohesive marketing strategy that seamlessly blends AI-powered techniques, such as ChatGPT, with traditional marketing approaches. This role encompasses both creative and strategic responsibilities to drive B2B lead generation, enhance brand visibility, and foster meaningful customer connections.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute an integrated marketing strategy that combines AI-driven approaches and traditional marketing techniques to generate inbound B2B sales leads.
- Collaborate with team members to create compelling content, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and social media updates, to engage and educate the target audience.
- Implement AI-powered ChatGPT interactions to enhance customer engagement, provide personalized experiences, and address inquiries.
- Coordinate and manage PPC advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and LinkedIn, while also exploring traditional advertising avenues.
- Leverage SEO strategies to optimize website content and improve search engine rankings for organic traffic growth.
- Plan, organize, and execute webinars, workshops, and industry events as part of the lead generation strategy.
- Utilize AI-driven analytics to gather insights, track campaign performance, and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
- Build and nurture relationships with prospects through both AI-driven and traditional networking methods, such as LinkedIn outreach and industry associations.
- Oversee the design and distribution of print materials, brochures, and direct mail, integrating traditional marketing tactics into the overall strategy.
- Stay informed about the latest marketing trends, both AI-driven and traditional, to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, agencies, and vendors to ensure consistent brand messaging and a unified marketing approach.
- Monitor marketing budgets, track expenses, and provide regular performance reports to measure the effectiveness of various strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Qualifications in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in B2B marketing, lead generation, content creation, and a solid understanding of traditional marketing principles.
- Proficiency in utilizing AI technologies, particularly ChatGPT or similar conversational AI platforms, as well as familiarity with traditional marketing tactics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging with audiences through diverse platforms.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights for campaign optimization.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, CRM systems, and graphic design software.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders effectively.
- Creative thinking, problem-solving ability, and a willingness to adapt to changing marketing landscapes.

Performance related bonus incentives are based on successful inbound leads.

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
