**About the role**

We’re looking for a talented and ambitious Income Auditor to join our team and support our Finance Department. You'll be responsible for processing and reconciling all revenues between all the individual Hotel IT Systems, posting necessary corrections into the Hotels Property Management System (PMS) and archiving the data for review.

Duties included in this role are:

- Reconciling revenue recorded in our integrated systems (POS, PMS, etc.) to ensure they balance, identifying investigating any discrepancies to guarantee accuracy
- Analysing daily night audit reports, ensuring all outlets have posted and recorded revenues correctly, distributing results to relevant managers
- Producing daily and monthly income audit packs in accordance with Crieff Hydro Family policies and procedures
- Analysing and robustly monitoring accounts receivable, providing weekly payment forecasts
- Processing refunds via various payment portals and ensuring they are reflected in our PMS
- Creating monthly gift voucher analysis
- Being the first point of call for operational queries
- Contributing to the yearly external statutory financial audit field work

**What we need from you**:
Ideally, you'll have worked in a similar role, or have at least 2 years finance based background (preferably in hospitality). You'll have an eye for detail and be able to use your own initiative to identify and remedy any discrepancies that may arise.

This role will require someone who is self motiviated, can work well with their colleagues on all levels and has confidence in their decision making. You will be IT savvy, have proven IT skills, especially with Excel and will be able to produce management reports, with the role requiring you to be able to work under pressure and to multi-task in a fast paced environment.

Approachable, with excellent communication skills, you’ll have a can-do attitude and you’ll be highly commercial to help us “Go for growth”.
