As a result of organic growth, they are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Medical Writer to join the team.

**Role**:
As a Senior Medical Writer, you will play a critical role in developing high-quality, scientifically accurate, and engaging medical content for a variety of educational initiatives. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will collaborate with medical experts, project managers, and clients to create compelling materials that meet educational objectives and adhere to industry guidelines. Your expertise in medical writing and therapeutic areas will be leveraged to produce impactful content for healthcare professionals and patients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Research, write, edit, and review a wide range of medical education materials, including slide decks, manuscripts, monographs, abstracts, posters, and interactive learning modules.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely delivery of projects, aligning with client expectations and objectives.
- Interpret and communicate complex scientific data in a clear and concise manner, tailored to the target audience.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of therapeutic areas, treatment guidelines, and industry trends to inform content development.
- Conduct literature reviews and provide evidence-based support for educational materials.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical guidelines
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior writers, fostering their professional growth and development.
- Contribute to the development of strategic communication plans and support business development activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in life sciences, pharmacy, medicine, or related field.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in medical writing within a medical communications agency, pharmaceutical company, or similar environment.
- Strong understanding of medical education principles, adult learning theory, and educational design.
- Demonstrated expertise in developing scientific content across various therapeutic areas.
- Proficiency in interpreting and communicating complex data and research findings.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Familiarity with industry guidelines,
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing client relationships.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and reference management software.
