As a Customer Service Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the satisfaction of our valued customers in partnership with our sales team. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Responding to customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing appropriate solutions in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborating with our sales team members to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
- Upholding a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer queries and concerns.
- Providing product recommendations and guidance to customers based on their needs and preferences.
- Assisting with administrative tasks such as data entry and report generation.

Qualifications:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Demonstrated ability to handle difficult customer situations with patience and professionalism.
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£23,500.00 per year
