Stem Cell Co-ordinator

We are looking to recruit a Band 4 Stem Cell Transplant and Harvest Coordinator within the Haematology Service. The role is diverse and extremely interesting.
- Patients through their journey whilst they undergo stem cell harvest and transplantation.
- The clinical team to co-ordinate and plan patient care.
- The collection of data to evidence the quality and success of the service

The post holder will report to the Lead Haematology Clinical Nurse Specialist, (CNS,) and work closely with administrative and clinical teams.

We are looking for an individual who has good administrative skills, can undertake data collection/collation and communicate effectively with a range of professionals and patients. We need an individual who is organised, pays attention to detail, is self-motivated, professional and confident working on their own initiative and as part of a team.

You need to be compassionate and caring to be the point of contact for the patient and their family through their harvest and transplant journey.
