**Location**: Hybrid (remote and in office in Vauxhall, London)

**Salary**: National Living Wage/London Living Wage depending on location

**Job details**

A full time Policy Intern is required for the public health charity Action on Smoking and Health (ASH) for an initial period of 6 months, with the possibility of becoming permanent.

We are also recruiting for a Policy and Research Intern.

ASH is a public health charity that works to eliminate the harm caused by tobacco. Smoking is the largest preventable cause of death and disease in the UK and accounts for half the difference in life expectancy between the richest and poorest in society. ASH prioritises policy impact as a key measure of success and holds strong relationships with a range of organisations across the public health community.
- Degree or relevant experience
- An interest in politics and health policy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong administrative and IT skills
