Foreman Joinery

An opportunity has become available with one of our clients, an interior fit out specialist with an impressive track record in the commercial and retail sectors. They are looking for a Working Foreman with a solid background in joinery/fit out to join theirgrowing team based in Cheltenham.
- Previous experience of working in a similar role within the Woodworking, Joinery or Shopfitting sectors is required
- Ability to successfully lead teams both in the workshop and out on site
- Be able to work from CAD drawings
- Identify any material shortages and re-order when required
- Liaise with design/production offices to discuss requirements on a job-by-job basis
- Ability to effectively delegate workloads
- Counterbalance FLT License, IPAF, PASMA trained (advantageous)
- Excellent communication skills
