Our offering as an L&D function is like no other. What makes us different is that we are anything but ordinary in our approach and we are always looking for new ways of learning, so we will expect you to be comfortable to step out of your comfort zone andget involved in creating and delivering new, innovative learning approaches.

There will be a requirement for regular travelling to the Knaresborough office for stakeholder meetings.

**Purpose of the Role:
Reporting to the Learning & Development Manager, the delivery of an exciting and captivating Learning Network offering. The Learning Network provides learning to our members, partners and staff through a blended approach. The team has ambitious plans, whichwill include using latest L&D trends to develop and support our fully blended L&D programme.

**Key responsibilities include:
- Be the centralised booking point of contact, managing the course schedule and administration of the Learning Network on the Extranet (Hub) and internally for our colleagues.
- Coordinate webinars and virtual classrooms ensuring delegates receive an excellent experience throughout.
- Manage course bookings for Bravo staff with external providers ensuring courses are booked in timely manner and feedback collated.
- Work with key stake holders to identify learning requirements and provide L&D solutions to the business.
- Maintain accurate reporting and records and use analysis to identify trends and ensure proposition remains fit for purpose.
- Assist with the co-ordination, planning and running of training events such as webinars and virtual classrooms, including associated administration.
- Be a key contact for apprentices ensuring they’re on track and providing feedback to both the provider and apprentice.
- Coordination of apprenticeship cohorts to ensure peer to peer learning is taking place.
- Stay current with trends and developments in the learning & development field to differentiate us from competitive networks, industry training offerings and third-party training providers
- Collaborate with other members of the L&D team to deliver industry leading learning.

- Capability to work as part of a team and support a team in delivering shared objectives
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail - good written skills
- Proficient in Microsoft office packages and other software such as Go To Webinar
