FT Recruit are a rapidly expanding Recruitment Agency, and we have an exciting opportunity for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our permanent team. Do you want to be part of a genuinely lovely team? This is the perfect role for someone who is not afraid to pick up the phone and who wants to make a career in Recruitment.

Duties of a Trainee Recruitment Consultant:

- Sourcing and following up on leads
- Cold calling prospect businesses
- Support with all recruitment activities
- General Admin tasks, adding information to the CRM etc
- Resourcing for existing vacancies
- Bringing in new business
- Managing clients to ensure repeat business

Confidence in making phone calls and speaking to potential clients is key

Driving licence preferred

Experience working in a sales/customer service environment is required

We are looking for someone who is personable, enthusiastic, and generally ‘chatty’ to fit into our team. We are an agency with realistic goals, so career progression is guaranteed if you work hard.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temp to perm
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£22,500.00 per year
