**Responsibilities**
- To support teams regarding recruitment, including job advertisements and descriptions.
- Be the first point of contact in the HR department for HR support, providing professional HR advice and guidance on all aspects of HR management (internal policies and legislation).
- Provide ER support
- Performance management and training
- Ensure compliance with HR legislation and GDPR.
- Advise on any new policies and procedures as required.
- Act as a Project Lead in HR Projects.
- Provide support to HR Manager in implementing strategic goals, especially HR transformation.

**Location**
This will be a hybrid role as standard. Our client’s offices are based just West of Oxford City Centre.
