**About the role**

Working Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 16:30, we predominantly work on behalf of a major frozen food retailer, with close links to our other DFDS sites, and the role itself will be varied, with a combination of administrative and operational tasks which differ from day to day.

You will be responsible for:

- Ensure invoices, reports and statistical information are completed on time in full.
- Support in the resourcing our of driver plan to ensure delivery on time and management of costs.
- Develop an understanding of DFDS IT systems such as Velocity, Mandata & Tachomaster.
- Ensure audit performance set against regulatory, legislative and business requirements are completed.
- Building a relationship with other departments to make sure we continuously improve and get better every day.

**About you**

A good level of administration experience & solid IT skills covering Microsoft packages is essential, combined with the ability to develop understanding of internal & external systems such as Velocity & Tachomaster. The capability to work on your own initiative combined with a driven approach to the work undertaken is required as you will be responsible for monitoring protocols & maintaining current records of Audit performance set against regulatory, legislative & business requirements. You will be managing & updating records to enable invoicing, so reports & statistical information can be produced. If you enjoy an administration role and have proven reliability, with a flexible & adaptable way of working, then you could be well suited for this position.
