**Main Purpose of Role**:
As Learning and Development Executive is responsible for creation, coordination, administration, and delivery of a range of learning and development activities and projects as directed by the Learning and Development Manager as well as ensuring the development and maintenance of robust learning and development systems and processes. You will be responsible for the creation and delivery of the new starter training and any ongoing learning delivery for our contact centre.

- To provide efficient administrative support.
- To assist with the onboarding and induction of new employees.
- Complete the administration of the e-learning platform, ensuring all course and learner details are accurate and up to date and all our team are in date with their mandatory training requirements.
- Use the learning management system to analyse and report on training data.
- Create, Co-ordinate and deliver training sessions for new and existing employees in person and remotely.
- Responsible for the continued update, creation, and delivery of our contact centre training for new starters and existing employees. Using different learning styles and methods to engage and embed knowledge and skill.
- Create, Co-ordinate and deliver statutory, planned, and ad hoc training requests.
- Co-ordinate and deliver Bluecrest’s induction program for all new employees, ensuring content is reviewed and updated continually in line with requirements and feedback received.
- Assist in the co-ordination and delivery of our leadership training programs.
- Manage relationships with L&D suppliers.
- To provide general support to the L&D Manager and wider team as required.
- Support the delivery of the company and department strategy by delivering on time and to a high standard any project tasks.
- Identify and implement new processes, procedures, or systems to improve efficiency and keep these documented and up to date with any changes required.
- Support the management of any Apprenticeship Schemes.
- Coordinate any work experience placements in consultation with relevant stakeholders and HR.
- Support, organise and attend any public events in schools, colleges, or universities.
- Support the development and ongoing management of career pathway across the organisation.
- Responsible for the maintenance of induction plans across the business.
- Ad hoc duties as required.

**The hours**

- Full time, Permanent
- 37.5 hours per week falling between Monday to Sunday, 8am - 8pm
- Hybrid: Minimum of 2-days per week, but you may be required to attend the head office more when required

**What we’d like you to have**

- Demonstrated experience in the coordination, facilitation and delivery of effective learning and development or other similar programs. (desirable but not essential)
- Experience with working in or with contact centre. (desirable but not essential)
- Strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and targets and manage multiple projects.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse teams.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Great facilitation and training delivery skills
- Confidence to deliver content in person and via digital media.
- Confidence and experience in using MS Office products and other digital platforms.
- Knowledge and experience of using LMS (Learning Management System) systems.
- Be flexible with working requirements, our contact centre operates 7 days a week with shifts between 8.00am and 9.00pm, so training might be required outside of 9-5 hours.
