**40 hours per week on a temporary basis** before then being offered a permanent contract - you will earn an
**hourly rate of £11.05**. Annual salary thereafter being £23,000 per year.

As a
**Sales Coordinator** you will be responsible for developing long term relationships with customers.

You will work to satisfy customers needs and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience. You will have excellent communication and negotiation skills and be customer service orientated.

**Duties and Expectations**:

- Negotiating with customers regarding pricing/leadtime for orders
- Processing customer orders
- Progressing any customer queries regarding outstanding orders
- Facilitating business reviews with customers
- Maintain regular customer engagement
- Ensuring the system is updated using active price management including margins
- Analysis of customer schedules to ensure stock availability
- Obtaining up to date forecast information for key customers
- Regular reviews of any invoice exceptions
- Co-ordinate activities with any quality concerns raised by our customers
- Support and collaborate with AR/AP to resolve invoice discrepancies

**Purchasing Responsibilities**
- Liaising with suppliers regarding pricing/ leadtime for orders
- Product sourcing & resourcing
- Placing PO's with suppliers
- Progressing PO's with suppliers

Pending the conclusion of your temporary-probation period, a permanent contract will then be offered.

Our client is looking to hire somebody within a short timescale so all applicants must be readily available to take on the role within the next 2-3 weeks
