**About The Role**:

As a Commercial Supplier assistant, you’ll play an integral part of the business whilst building strong relationships with many people from across the business. It’s challenging whilst rewarding, providing lots of opportunity for you to expand your experience and knowledge within a commercial team.

We know we work better when we’re together, so all our AOers come into the office Monday to Friday. We collaborate more easily, have continual conversations, we’re more creative, give better support, and all this makes us more motivated and even better at what we do.

**Here's What You Can Expect To Be Doing**:

- Partner with key stakeholders within the Trading department to review and approve pricelists prior to implementation
- Provide regular reports on margin impact on the business
- Review and process Supplier information in respect of allowances
- Maintain, track and reconciliation of commercial terms changes with the systems and report issues accordingly
- Monthly report to various parts of the business when required.
- Working alongside internal and external stakeholders
- Resolution of queries in a timely manner

**A Few Things About You**:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Must demonstrate a positive attitude, with a focus on a ‘can do’ way of thinking
- Adaptable to business requirements daily/weekly/monthly within set deadlines
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision & use your own initiative when solving problems
- Very organised and able to prioritise work effectively
