Email Marketing Executive

Are you passionate about writing creative and engaging content?

This role would suit a range of experience in marketing, whether you are a recent Marketing Graduate looking for your first role in a global organisation, or an experienced Marketer looking for an opportunity to develop your CRM capability.

You will work with a supportive team and will be hands-on in owning full end-to-end campaign management, including building campaigns, copywriting/editing, segmentation, testing, and analysing results of campaigns for continuous growth and improvement.

**Some of your main responsibilities**:

- End-to-end CRM campaign management from brief through to build, send and analysis
- Build B2C and B2B facing CRM campaigns
- Implement and support insights driven decision making throughout your campaigns, spotting and acting on trends and opportunities.
- Decide and run data selections and segmentation for your campaigns.
- Content writing/editing ensuring that best practice is adhered to for the medium being used.
- Shared testing and sign off of campaigns and those of the team members to ensure no errors are made with live sends.
- Analyse and report on the success of your campaigns, including conversion.
- Build CRM journeys that follow up on customer activity.
- Understand the data requirements of campaigns to drive the highest possible performance.
- A/B testing campaigns.
- Report on campaign success and provide insights in an engaging and measured way.
- Refine segmentation strategies to ensure highest possible engagement rates from campaign activity.
- Deliver best in class CRM communications.
- Support with CRM project work.
