Key Responsibilities:
Process invoices, ensure accuracy, and timely payments.
Resolve discrepancies and maintain records.
Generate, track, and reconcile customer invoices and payments.
Maintain accurate financial records.
Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
Categories expenses and compile reports.
Assist in preparing reports and provide data to management.
Assist in budget preparation and monitoring spending.
Help with general tasks and collaborate on financial matters.
Ensure adherence to financial regulations and implement changes.
Oversee petty cash.
This role is a full-time position, Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm. With a pay rate of £13.00 per hour.
