**JOB DESCRIPTION: NIGHT PICKER**

**Hours**

Nights
- Sunday Off
- Monday Off
- Tuesday 16.00 to 02.00 (or finish)
- Wednesday 16.00 to 02.00 (or finish)
- Thursday 16.00 to 02.00 (or finish)
- Friday 16.00 to 02.00 (or finish)
- Saturday Off
- Overtime paid at time and a quarter over the weekly hours stated._

**Benefits**

- 5.6 weeks holiday a year (some bank holidays will be required to work.)

**Tasks**
- Pick orders correctly, pack them in a manner that will allow ease of checking where possible.
- Input information into the scale system correctly.
- Ensure that all products are of a high standard, to ensure customer satisfaction, to minimise returns and complaints.
- Work and communicate within a team.
- Keep the work area safe, clean, and tidy.

**Personal skills/ knowledge and experience required**:

- Have a reliable, efficient, and hardworking attitude. To be able to take the initiative and be organised.
- Able to read and work methodically.
- Work tidily.
- Commutate with management.
- Experience is preferred but full training will be given.

**Rate**:
Standard wage will be based on a 40-hour week, salaried £24960 per annum. (£ 12.00 per hour) 4 night per week (£480 per week before deductions.)
- Rate will be based on experience, references, and job reviews._
