Our client, a global music company, is seeking two positions for a **Talent & Event Booker ,** one based in the Benelux & DACH region, and the other in the USA. For the Benelux & DACH region they can look at someone UK basedbut must speak German, the US role requires someone based in the USA.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Working within the rapidly expanding business development team to drive booking successes and talent.
- Devising strategies to implement for outreach across the entertainment industry.
- Successfully generating leads and converting them into new business.
- Reporting on outreach and successes across each industry sector.
- Managing the business CRM and updates to contribute to ongoing departmental targets.
- Cooperating with the team to maintain all existing relationships within the entertainment industry.
- Providing support to the commercial team with projects.

**Requirements**:

- Able to speak German (for Benelux/DACH role).
- Substantial successful business development, talent booking, music agency or live events experience.
- Demonstrable track record with contracting artists and events.
- Strong organisational/project management skills.
- Experience with coordinating with internal teams.
- Previous experience working with artists, labels, agencies, management, promoters, and venues.
- Experience with commercial and strategic outreach planning.
- Experience with negotiating with international artist, representatives, and record labels.
