**Project Engineer** An exciting opportunity to join an engineering firm developing advanced technologies and manufacturing processes. This Project Engineer role will supportcustomer and stakeholder relationships, ensuring they are managed effectively and that communicationon project status and requirements are fully managed.

**Main Responsibilities** Reporting to the Programme Manager, as a Project Engineer at Aeristech your responsibilities will be:

- Support planning and coordinatinginternal resources to deliver the projects.
- Establish, maintain & manage relationships with customers and stakeholders.?
- Support the development detailed project plans to monitor and track progress and project performance.
- Support project review meetings to stakeholders of all levels.
- Support changes to project scope, project schedule, and project costs.
- Support the capture and evaluate project risks and work with stakeholders to minimise and mitigate impacts to projects.
- Create and maintain project documentation.
- Support new project proposals.
- Ensure that you always understand and comply with Health and safety at work regulations.
- Ensure all tasks are carried out in a safe and controlled manner, whilst also being compliant with quality requirements.
- Ensure that you always comply to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) requirements and act as a role model to others on site.
- Ensure you understand product safety and customer specific requirements and help to ensure that they are always met.
- To assist where applicable with ensuring the company achieves and maintains quality certifications and continually work withing relevant guidelines.
- To assist in other areas of the department as required by the line manager.

**Knowledge & Experience**:

- Degree educated, preferably in the field of engineering.
- Ability to communicate at all levels internally and externally.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organisational skills including attention to detail.
- Microsoft Office knowledge to include Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Project.
- Automotive or Industrial engineering sector (or similar engineering environment)
- Experience within across functional teams.
- Working as part of and delivery of automotive & industrial projects (or similar R&D projects).
- Knowledge of phase gate methodologies.
