P+S Personnel are pleased to be working on behalf of our client who is looking for a Rental Coordinator to join their team based in Great Yarmouth on full-time, permanent basis.

**Role Summary**:
To co-ordinate and administer the effective delivery of hire (ad-hoc & dedicated) to agreed delivery timescale.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Provision of technical advice and information to clients and prospective clients.
- Update of information in rental and certification databases.
- Overseeing and administering of deliveries and other logístical requirements.
- Liaising between office and workshop/yard functions.
- Overseeing operations and Inbound / Outbound Logistics, scheduling import and export shipments (by air, sea or land).
- List of duties is not exhaustive in any way and may change at any time when responsibilities and company requirements alter.
- Ensure all activities are carried out in a safe manner in line with current risk assessments and good working practices.
- Ensure accident/incidents are reported in a timely manner.
- To have a general understanding of the areas of our ISO 9001 management system that are relevant to the role, comply with our company Offshore Quality Policy and have an understanding of company targets and objectives.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- English and Maths - Pass at Standard Grade or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Previous experience in a Logistics related role would be advantageous.
- Experience and knowledge of the offshore container industry.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy of work.
- Time management skills and ability to constantly re-evaluate priorities.

- Good working knowledge of administration systems.

**Working Hours & Benefits**:

- Monday to Friday 8:00 am - 17:00 pm (40 hours, can be flexible on times)
