Mobile Cleaner

Mobile Cleaners will be responsible for the following;
- Cleaning support within region for cover of site operative’s holidays.
- Cleaning support within region for cover of site operative’s sickness / absence.
- Conduct monthly cleaning audits on all regional sites and submit within set timescales.
- Carry out monthly site inspections whilst on site for Cleaning Audits for Window Cleaning, Washroom Services, Grounds Maintenance, Waste Management, Litter Picking, Pest Control & General Building Condition / Maintenance.
- Maintain controls of all COSHH related materials and legislation.Requirements of the Mobile Cleaner.

You must have the following skills and experience
- Cleaning experience
- People person
- Effective communicator

Hours for a Mobile Cleaner - 40 hours per week Monday to Friday 8 hrs a day
- Attendance hours will be agreed - we need a level of flexibility to the extent of some 5am starts and some 8pm finishes.
- There is an expectation to manage work hours to include regular but random site attendance at weekends and for evening shifts

You will be given a company vehicle and mobile phone. Company branded uniform.
