Night Support Worker

**Edenvale Recruitment** are currently looking for experienced **Night Support Workers** to provide excellent care and support to our service users in **Halifax.**

We are looking for individuals who can join our client’s team on a **full-time basis **committing to 30-40 hours per week for an on-going block booking working 3-4 nights a week running 10pm-8am.

As a **Support Worker**, you will be developing warm and trusting relationships with service users to encourage them to express needs, views and concerns where required to. You will be interacting with residents daily and most importantly ensuring you can provide personal care in a sensitive and dignified way. As a Support Worker your role could include personal care, administering medication and moving and handling.

We are looking for people with:

- Experience of providing care and support to adults with support needs.
- A genuine desire to help vulnerable groups of adults
- Ability to promote service user’s self-esteem and enable them to make choices and decisions.
- Be punctual and have an enthusiastic attitude
- Work flexibly to meet the needs of the service, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
- Satisfactory employment references are essential for this role

Experience in Healthcare in the UK is essential, and we are keen to get new staff members registered as soon as possible so if you have a valid in-date DBS you could be fast tracked through our recruitment process.
