We are seeking a skilled Watchmaker to join our team and play a vital role in ensuring the longevity and accuracy of our customers’ cherished watches.

**Responsibilities**:

- Diagnose and repair mechanical watch movements with meticulous attention to detail.
- Perform routine maintenance and servicing, including cleaning, lubrication, and adjustment.
- Replace worn or damaged parts, potentially including crafting custom components.
- Conduct water resistance testing and ensure all repairs meet industry standards.
- Provide excellent customer service, effectively communicating repair needs, timelines, and costs.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring a dust-free environment for watchmaking.
- May also include some light jewelry repair duties (depending on experience).

**Qualifications**:

- **Minimum** 3 years of experience in watch repair or a relevant field (e.g., clock repair).
- Proven understanding of mechanical watch movements and their functions.
- Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for working with small parts.
- Strong visual acuity, with or without corrective lenses.
- Ability to work independently and meticulously following established procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with customers.
- Familiarity with watch brands and their specific movements a plus.
